Sustainable Technology refers to ecologically efficient designs, innovations, improvements or solutions in various sectors or industries and provides significant savings in energy, materials and resources. It prevents negative impacts to the environment and allows the shift of resources from non-renewable to renewable, non-biodegradable to biodegradable, ecosystem consuming extractive systems to renewing and restorative ones.
